Butter & Garlic Green Beans

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped in half
3 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pinches lemon pepper
salt, to taste

1. Place green beans in a large skillet, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 5 min, or until beans start to soften.
2. Drain water and add butter to green beans. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 min until the butter is fully melted.
3. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 3-4 min until garlic is golden and fragrant.
4. Season with lemon pepper and salt.

Pairs well with chicken, pork, or steak. Serve hot.
